Why bleached flour is not good?

3. How to identified manufactured flour with way too much BP,
i- your dough is stiff
ii- even adding egg and cream wont soften the dough
iii- tasteless end product
4. The important point to take away is, beware of any processed food because chemicals are always used. And we simply don’t know what the long-term effects will be of ingesting
chemicals, on top of chemicals, on top of more chemicals.
