I have quite bad experience when my son have acute constipation problem. There was the time the eldest does not pooing for 10 days. I've been seeing so many doctors, even kid's specialist, and the results may differ between doctors. The worst was, panic so one doctor ask me to bring my kids admitted and do an operation. To cut my kid's belly and take the feaces out. That was so embarrassing when the words came from a doctor. So, I just left. Then my friend suggest a clinic in Klang, Selangor, There is a kids specialist, CLINIC DR TAN. This, the doctor is so calm, what he did was, he put his smallest finger in my  kid's rectum and start pressing, to break the poo off. With my help holding my kid. Then, he put a ENEMA inside. Put the diapers back again, and after 5 minutes, all the poo came out. I was so relieved. After that, I will do it myself. Do not worry as it was safe. I will put on a surgical glove, start pressing to break it off and put in ENEMA, put diapers back on and its done. Just make sure do not do too often. once in 5 days or more days.

That was one of the story of my kid having constipation.
The problem was, my son having an acute constipation problem. He can hold his poo from 5 up to 10 days. I'm not sure this problem is new for kids as most doctors can not solve the problem. So I did some research and might helpful for parents.

Kids internal organ is so soft and super-elastic colon also contributes. The main problem when kids has become phobia to have such procedures when the cannot clear their stomach. Feces will be collected right at end of large intestine, and not finding the way out. The end of bowel become bigger than normal, and feces become dry and hard. End bowel will stay like that even after the procedures as mention has been done. New feces will reproduced and trap there again. I'm not sure if making the children getting diarrhea for a week maybe will help. But, medicine taken orally to soften feces does not really works. taking special milk formula such as NOVALAC also does not help much. Probiotic also give the same ends.

Weak Peristalsis also may contribute in this constipation problem. Sodium in table salt will help enhancing the peristalsis movement. So, natural salt helps sometimes.A pinch of salt before meals will be good. Put on your smallest finger, and let the kids have it. Good toilet practice need to be introduce for kids from 2 years old.
Pepper also known stimulating peristalsis movement. A small dos might helps. Capsaicin character is hot and warm help the digestion work little harder and keeping moisture in feces. But this only works when your kids reach 30months and above.

Wheat Flour

Ratio between rice flour and wheat flour is 9:1

Margerine

Water

Salt

Mix or rub all flour with margerine, until not sticky and crumbled

add salt and water and knead with hand until combined and become a nice dough.

leave it for 1 or 2 hours.

Spicy and sweet tuna filling

Filling

 100g Tuna flakes

2 nos Holland onion sliced

2 tbsp Chili paste

2 tbsp Tomato sauce

3 tbsp Sugar 

Salt

1 tbsp Curry powder

Water 

Salt

add all ingredients all at once and cook in slow heat, stir occasionally. make sure liquid dried out to prevent your curry become soggy.

Steps

using dough, use a rolling pin making 2mm thick and size of your palm, 

fill in spicy tuna filling, and  fold it up seal with egg wash. using a medium heat, fry until golden brown.

Easy Satay Marinations

for 1kg beef, lamb or chicken meat.

3  big shallot (150gm-200gm appx)

1 tablespoon cumin seed

1 tablespoon anise seed

1 pcs candlenut

1 inch ginger

2 inches fresh turmeric

1 inch galangal

9 nos of lemongrass

5 tablespoon sugar

1/2 table spoon of salt

water half cup

blend all ingredients until smooth,

using diced meat (half inches size-for easy marination to absorb), mix all together in a bowl using your hand, and put in chiller overnight (8 hours). Later, using bamboo stick, start to make a skewer.

Using charcoal fire, start to grill, to make it faster to cook, use an electric fan. Voila. Enjoy!!

Why bleached flour is not good?
1. European Nations has banned Benzoyl Peroxide (BP)
    Use of chlorine, bromates, and peroxides is not allowed in the European Union.<sup>[1]- refer wikipedia2. 

2. Benzoyl Peroxide will cause type 2 diabetes 

3. How to identified manufactured flour with way too much BP, 
    i- your dough is stiff
    ii- even adding egg and cream wont soften the dough
    iii- tasteless end product</sup>

4. The important point to take away is, beware of any processed food because chemicals are     always used. And we simply don’t know what the long-term effects will be of ingesting          
    chemicals, on top of chemicals, on top of more chemicals.

Pengantin bakar bendera dah popular sampai ke Israel..

Berita mengenai sepasang pengantin Malaysia yang mengabadikan kenangan majlis perkahwinan mereka dengan memijak dan membakar bendera Israel sebagai tanda protes kekejaman rejim itu terhadap rakyat Palestin mendapat liputan sehingga ke negara itu.

Berita tersebut disiarkan menerusi laman blog milik Israel iaitu elderofziyon.blogspot.com dengan judul “Malaysian couple decides to burn Israeli flag on their wedding day ".

Berita itu turut dikongsi oleh laman Facebook Israel iaitu The Israel Project (Tip), perkongsian berita itu mendapat respon daripada penyokong Israel yang marah dengan tindakan itu.

Ada di antaranya mendoakan agar pasangan tersebut mendapat ‘bala bencana’ dek kerana perbuatan itu.

Patrick Gleen Hendry yang dipetik sebagai berkata "semoga kehidupan mereka suami isteri penuh dengan kesengsaraan".

Terdahulu pasangan pengantin yang berasal dari Jasin, Melaka Norfadhilah Mohd Badroldin, 27, dan suami, Mohd Hilmi Muslim, 27, kedua-duanya yang bekerja sebagai arkitek bertindak melakukan perkara itu selepas berasa amat sedih melihat penderitaan umat Islam khususnya kanak-kanak dan wanita yang menjadi mangsa serangan rejim Zionis.

Pasangan itu memijak dan membakar bendera Israel sebelum memasuki kawasan rumah mereka.
