currypuff (karipap)


 Here how we do the skin
Dough
Wheat Flour
Rice flour..
Ratio between rice flour and wheat flour is 9:1
Margerine
Water
Salt

Mix or rub all flour with margerine, until not sticky and crumbled
add salt and water and knead with hand until combined and become a nice dough.
leave it for 1 or 2 hours.

Spicy and sweet tuna filling
Filling
 100g Tuna flakes
2 nos Holland onion sliced
2 tbsp Chili paste
2 tbsp Tomato sauce
3 tbsp Sugar 
Salt
1 tbsp Curry powder
Water 
Salt

add all ingredients all at once and cook in slow heat, stir occasionally. make sure liquid dried out to prevent your curry become soggy.

Steps
using dough, use a rolling pin making 2mm thick and size of your palm, 
fill in spicy tuna filling, and  fold it up seal with egg wash. using a medium heat, fry until golden brown.
