3 big shallot (150gm-200gm appx)
1 tablespoon cumin seed
1 tablespoon anise seed
1 pcs candlenut
1 inch ginger
2 inches fresh turmeric
1 inch galangal
9 nos of lemongrass
5 tablespoon sugar
1/2 table spoon of salt
water half cup
blend all ingredients until smooth,
using diced meat (half inches size-for
easy marination to absorb), mix all together in a bowl using your hand, and put
in chiller overnight (8 hours). Later, using bamboo stick, start to make a
skewer.
Using charcoal fire, start to grill, to
make it faster to cook, use an electric fan. Voila. Enjoy!!
